If your student is under or pending expulsion,
DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM. 
 
Please bring current foster care, guardianship, or other applicable court orders.
 
We will request documents from previous school once enrollment is completed. 
However, this may cause the enrollment process to take longer, delaying your child starting school.
 
Once you have completed the online process, please call (661) 824-4693 to schedule an
appointment for Mojave Elementary School or Mojave Jr/Sr High School enrollments;
or (760) 373-4708 for California City schools enrollments.

  • Students not meeting the immunization requirements for 7th grade will not be permitted to start school.  Students must have all immunizations required for Kindergarten entry in addition to a Tdap on or after their 7th birthday.  If you are unsure your learner meets these requirements, please feel free to call our office at (760) 373-4708.
